Item description
10 Registered Jersey heifers born 12-6-14 thru 3-1-15. 7 heifers are in with registered Jersey bull now 12-28-15.
Heifer bloodlines include:
1 Lester Sambo daughter
2 Boomer Belle granddaughters
2 Sunrise/Hackline Bungy Zipper daughters
1 Sunset Canyon Kyros-ET daughter
1 Sunset Canyon Decoy-ET granddaugher
1 Maack Dairy Eclipes-P-ET granddaughter
The bull, born 3-11-14 is a grandson of the Danish sire, ISDK DJ ZUMA. All heifers and the bull were produced by Cedarcrest Farms.
All heifers OCV and vaccinated with Vision 7 Somnus, Virashield 6 VL5 and Pulmoguard PHM-1. Wormed with Cydectin, Ivomec Plus and Dectomax. All heifers are dehorned, docile and handfed daily. Currently on a 50/50 mix of soy hull pellets and 16% protein feed. Grazing oat, clover and mixed green pasture.
The bull was put in with the oldest heifers beginning on 12-3-15.
